U15s Lose to Oxfordshire

The IOWCB U15s welcomed Oxfordshire to Ryde School in an 50 over match on Sunday.
Oxford batted first with wickets following at regular intervals Freddie Gurney picking up 3 wickets, however the run rate from Oxford was quite relentless only a tight spell from Cam Beal in the middle backed up by Will Mew at the end, held Oxford back, with the Island getting Oxford all out for 322 finished by a direct hit run out from Devon Pollard.
In reply a quick start from Cory Sanderson (18)unfortunately caught on the line, led to contributions from Oscar VandeCasteele (16) Ollie Morgan (22), before Rory Taylor top scoring on 33 the Island fell short of the task of chasing down the total. There next game sees them traveling down to Devon on June 9th.
